Why should I do a skin test ?
Some carrier oils can cause irritation, even the safest of these ( i.e. grapeseed oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil ) which are known and actively promoted as being safe have caused instances of being sensitive to some individuals in rare circumstances. For this reason, we recommend prior to using any product on your skin to first perform a skin patch test.
How do I carry out a skin patch test ?
Take a small amount of product and apply it to your inner elbow, place a bandaid over the test area, then wait for a reaction such as irritation, itchiness, redness or inflammation, if any of these occur discontinue use of product. Usually, 24 hours is considered a safe amount of time for a skin patch test.
When will my order be shipped ?

How to store your beard gear ?
We recommend avoiding heat and sunlight and storing them away in a cool dry place.
How much beard oil should I use ?
Every beard has its own oil needs, we recommend starting with a little and working your way up from there. Once you get a feel for the oil you are using you will quickly get a gauge on what your beard requires, usually around 3-6 drops depending on the length of your beard. If you're a beginner, less is more till you feel things out.

How do I use beard oil ?

My product was faulty or damaged ?
We take every possible step to ensure your purchased products arrive to you in perfect order, but sometimes things don't quite go to plan and things get damaged in the mailing system. So we will cop that and take responsibility. So supply us with your order number, photos, and a detailed damage description ( within 14 days of receipt ) and we will put it right, but you will have to return the product to us, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Shipping will be at your own expense. If we suspect foul play and haven't received the requested as above this becomes void.
Why are some of our oils and butters dark in color ?
Pumpkin seed is a scientifically proven oil that strengthens your hair and promotes new hair growth, "Check this link" Effects of Pumpkin Seed Oil. Because of this, we have made it one of our main carrier oils, however, it is naturally dark in color and this carries into the mixture of the final product.
